I've seen this term before and after 2 1/2 years I have never really wondered WTH this is/was
I did some google and am not 100% satisfied with the answer. It seems like most of the time
the term is used by people who believe themselves really skillful when they run into
some talented players. Anyone have a good explanation?

Based on those who throw out that term, I think it would be safe to assume that your definition is accurate, Nutz... well.. and ditto to what Impala said.

Easy Kill servers are servers that are modded with only a few select weapons(usually no automatic or semi-automatic) that is a one-shot kill no matter which weapon you use.

An" easy kill server"is any server you kill me in.
